Description
Brush walls and floor, especially where yellow and mustard algae are present.
Apply 4oz of Yellowcide for each 10,000 gallons of pool water. Place a close to the affected area as possible.For severe algae infestations, double the dosage. Superchlorinate with 1 gallon of HASA Sani-Clor or Hasachlor 12.5% sodium hypochlorite per 10,000 gallons of pool water. An equivalent chlorine source may be used but must boost the chlorine level quickly.
Circulate pool, vacuum if necessary. Test water and resume swimming once the chlorine residual drops to 3ppm or less.

Weekly Maintenance to Prevent Mustard and Yellow Algae:
If the water temperature is over 80° F, add 4oz Yellowcide and 1 gallon of HASA Sani-Clor or Hasachlor 12.5% sodium hypochlorite per 10,000 gallons of pool water weekly.If the water temperature is under 80° F, add 2oz Yellowcide and 1/2 gallon of HASA Sani-Clor or Hasachlor 12.5% sodium hypochlorite per 10,000 gallons of pool water weekly.
